Roger is a professional information security, IT law and risk management specialist who is currently working in a reputable investment bank.  He is also a part-time tutor at the Open University of Hong Kong and a Panel Mediator of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).  Roger is a member of the Hong Kong Computer Society and the British Computer Society (BCS) and was previously a part-time lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a part-time tutor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  He was involved in the development of speech recognition technology.  Roger is a privacy advocate and is committed to the promotion of the democratic development as well as the defense of core values of the Hong Kong society.
