Chester is an information security specialist with expertise in high technology crime investigation and computer forensics. He is one of the Elected Members of the Information Technology Subsector, Election Committee of HKSAR Government receiving the 4th highest vote among all candidates in the 2006 election.  He currently serves as the Vice President of Hong Kong Information Technology Federation (HKITF), China Liaison Officer, Information Security and Forensics Society (ISFS) and Senior Honorary Advisor, Professional Information Security Association (PISA).  Over the years, Chester has demonstrated his commitment to promoting information security and protection of privacy as one of the key advantages of Hong Kong business development.
